This SMS Privacy Policy explains how Sublimity Radiology ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information related to our text messaging (SMS) program. The program is used only to communicate with job applicants and candidates about recruiting and hiring.
Information we collect
When you opt in to receive text messages from us, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent: the date, the time, and the method of opt-in, such as our online application form or a verbal opt-in during a call with our recruiter. We also retain the content of text messages exchanged with you as part of your applicant record.
How we use your information
We use your mobile phone number and message history only to communicate with you about the recruiting process. This includes scheduling interviews, providing application status updates, requesting documents or information related to your application, and answering your questions. We do not use your number for marketing or promotional messages.
How we share your information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile opt-in information won't be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent from that number unless you opt in again by replying START. Opting out of text messages does not affect your application.
Data retention and security
We retain opt-in records and message history for as long as needed to administer your application and to meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect this information.
